About us:
• We produce all of our productions on the northwest side of Indianapolis
• We currently don't have a retail store but, if you'd like to visit us just contact
us and we'll schedule a visit.
• We make cheese and butter.
• We buy our milk from a family farm located in Seymour, Indiana. They do not
use growth hormones or antibiotics on their animals

Our owner and cheesemaker:
After 20 years of making cheese for other people, our owner, Fons Smits decided it
was time to make cheese and other dairy products (like butter) for himself! So, in
June of 2014, started making cheeses using traditional recipes from Europe and he
added his own twist to each (from his experience making cheese all over the
world)...ever since, he's been cranking out some amazing products. Fons is originally
from the Netherlands but, he's been here in the US for 10 yrs+ - he now resides in
Zionsville, Indiana.
